Project Scope

This project involved the extensive refurbishment of a Grade I listed 18th-century building, delivering 12,266 sq ft of modern office space over five floors. The scheme included the addition of a contemporary rear extension, designed to complement the historic structure.

A key challenge was incorporating new building services without compromising the building’s heritage. This required close collaboration with the structural consultant and regular coordination with the Listed Building Officer to ensure compliance with conservation requirements.
