Project Scope
This project involved the full mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) design and coordination for a complex facility incorporating a wide range of building services. The scope included the design of a central chilled water (CHW) plant, central boiler plant, fan coil unit (FCU) systems, ventilation systems, and a building management system (BMS). Additional elements covered included power distribution, lighting and emergency lighting, lightning protection, fire alarm systems, and comprehensive infrastructure for the IT hub—encompassing cooling, ventilation, generator/UPS, and fire suppression.
