Project Scope

This project involved the design and delivery of a state-of-the-art facility to support the future development of the UK’s Naval warfighting fleet. The infrastructure was designed to meet strict defence and operational standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Full design, project management, QS, and technical leadership across RIBA Stages 0–6
Coordination of design team meetings, action tracking, and programme management
Oversight of contracts and delivery to ensure full compliance with client and security requirements
